ahha..that 3rd july..big confrence hall..one very thin personality in white top and blue denims..sitting somewhere in the front row queitly...
i was searching for the breakout area as this place was new & suddenly i saw her and asked the same question from her too..
she replied very poilitely
then my second question...you are from where?
she just smiled and replied chandigarh:)
thats it..nothing more..in her first glance and talk,for me she was very delicate,soft spoken and reserve kinda girl...
Bcos of the intial training in noida we got a chance to interact little bit

but during that time also i was just a known face for her
but yeah we all used to eat our luch all together & i never thought second time to call her up for asking about her decision...(that whether she is going to hyderabad or not..even i iritated her many times during those 2-3 days)
you can say i have always taken her for granted..
well finally the day come when she actually became my Roomi

In company's guest we normally became roommates..but later on in the PG..v actually took out the chits as we were 4 and we dont want to do any kind of injustice..hehehh injustice...heheh
kidding but we actually did it..the time we saw our name as roommates we both were happy and from there.the last day in guest house:

Mr.Vuppala - My 1st Manager

PS: As i dared to write something about him and that too in my superb english.

Frnds..he is amazing person..friendly & strict at the same time(as he never allowed us to bunk our training sessions :D)and how could i forget about his fantastic communication skills.The time he introduced himself i was like:
kya kuch bola..i think maine theek se suna nhi..
ab kya mujhe bhi kuch bolna hai
kash!!mein bhi kabhi itna achha bolti
shweta dear come out of your dream and open ur eyes
pls beta don't sleep so much..ahha okay
you better try improving your superb english.. :(..
its okay sabko sab kuch to nhi milta right..take it easy..he is too good..after his introduction i was quiet nervous to even utter a single word..i was praying that he will not start the introduction session frm me only as i was sitting in the front..ahha..but aisa to hona hi tha..uff kuchu madam ki vajah se mein sabse aage thi ..:(


From that day only i really became fan of his communication skills and most of the time i generally used to aviod speaking with him in english..

wel he was our 1st manager who not only given us strength to deal with the new environment, new place ,new ppl but also introduced all of us to completely differnet set up..i.e our so called CORPORATE WORLD(as it was new for us that time)


i still remember tha 1st round of his assessment where he told us about our +ves and -ves.According to him i was always a silent person and he always used to say:
shweta pls try to speak more.Ask as many as questions you can..and i always used to think :
he is such a good trainer..he never give any scope to ask anything..to phir question..or kya mujhe marna hai kuch puch kar..kabhi bhi nhi..itna kaafi hai ki agar vo koi question karein to mein reply kar dun pr vo bhi sahi sahi or u can say..i never get any doubts in any kind training also ..and pls this is not bcos i am intelligent or so it just bcos..i never take any pain to think about any doubts..hehhe
i think non of us can forget his unique style of indulging ppl into somthing and making them realise the importance of it too :):)

Mr.Mishro - My 1st Project Manager

hmm..hmmm...(ishhhh!!! i started with this word!! he will kill me after reading all this but thats okay...I'll take care as i am quiet overconfident girl :( (again as per one of my very senior manager)

hmmm...the day we all met with him was..hmmm...i think during the initial days of training in Hyderabad..
he entered in the room in very formal dress up or u can say in a true professional get up..and

Mr.Mishro :well guys(supposed to be among one of his fav words)project is xyz,this that..tik tik..many things he told us about that
We all : ahah..kya baat hai..pakka foreign return hain..tabhi tab se ..
Mr.Mishro:hmmm..guys so what all about u ?you will love this work..etc etc..
We all:hmmm...hmmmm...hmmmm...hmmmmm(his another fav word which he uses very frequently)
we all: hmmm/...sure..sir(even till that time also i was not aware that he is going to be my 1st Project Manager
after meeting with him we all felt that he is very kewl,stylish sort of person..and in actual also..he was like that only :):)

Miniiiiiiiii--------------> T( her new name )

Ah little bit difficult for me as today I am talking about someone with whom half of the people think that I am not so comfortable but I know we both disagree with this thing at least if not fully then partially :D. I know today I am putting my point of view but that’s okay I am sure she must be having lot to say from her side too…


Wel aka Mini..Famously known as tanchi, tancha(I think half of the team used to address her with this name) miss.whitebords(name given by chirugu)showstopper(name given by harish)..she Became whiteboard champ during the very initial days..then she took over the hold on INBOX, non-wo ,wo too:)you know I really like one quality about her that even if she doesn’t know about the thing she never think that she can’t handle it, she can’t learn it without anybody’s help, she can’t take care of the thing..she knows very well that she is the best and she can do anything if she want to do :)

Mini….According to me …a Very stylish, bold,beautiful but still a simple girl from dehradun. She loves chocolates but in a year at least for 6-7months you will find her on fruit diet ..and otherwise if she eats then only oats, Kellogg’s, fruit juices, oat biscuits and her chocolates ..heheh she just can’t resist them..:D by the way she is fantastic cook too...how I can forget that I learned bread ka halwa from her only…and yes her special fascination for horror films ..my god even at 3:00 oclk in the night she can wake you up just to watch a horror film with her…and yeah she loves photography & painting and this even you can confirm from her facebook profile also…:)


I muss say I am fan of her shopping capabilities..you know just in 15 mins she can tell what’s all is there in the collection..Even she can give details not only about the collections in different brands but also with their price tags too:)

She is like a free bird..Loves to enjoy her life fully..Completely fun loving..If you are planning for an outing pls don’t ask her anything just include her for the trip..she will never ever say no for it :)


If she is around me then I never think of what’s going on and what’s not..I know if I am not able to handle a situation then she will definitely and that too in a much better way…that’s not important that it’s her issue or not she can even fight for your issues also even without giving a second thought..


I agree on this thing that we are not BEST & BEST frnds..but that doesn’t mean we are enemies who always plan some conspiracy against each other..heheh nothing like that..yeah that’s true we talk less..and even when we get any chance to say anything against each other also..we never keep silence on the thing....we love to argue on the things and then on something if we can’t come to conclusion then its also okay with us..after 15 mins we both just forget about the incident..you will find us as normal as we were before the argument :)..we both are not fake to each other..If we don’t like..we shout and say that yes we are not comfortable with this thing..Whether you agree with me or not..That’s okay..


All the time everybody cant think in a same way..Sometimes I feel that it’s my fault or sometime I think that she is at fault..And even sometimes it just about having different opinions on the same thing..Two different point of views…I know I am quiet blunt at words...quiet rude too..i know many times I have said many things ..i don’t know what she thinks about them..bcos I never discussed anything with her…she somewhere always shows that she is a strong person…but I know dear generally those ppl who say this thing are actually get hurt on things but they don’t say..They don’t show it..They always hide it..And I can bet on that nobody can understand you in this case better than me.. :)


Well let’s stop here as I already said lot...I mean I can’t define this relationship..but still I know we are frnds..i know she is my frnd..bcos somewhere we do care for each other..We both always try to avoid arguments from our side..we both try somewhere to support each other on the common things which we can do…you know may be I’ll not talk with her so much..Maybe I don’t discuss each and everything with her..maybe I always prefer calling first satawali and kucchu for anything but still I feel that our group is incomplete without her….and I genuinely feel that….T3S is not possible without T(her new name frnds ofcourse given by me only :):))


Its just like not only having everything sweet in your life..even it also good to have some salty and crispy things..bcos they give some different taste and even add some noise in your life too :D:D

1st team who most of the time used to shout on the floor..
1st team who generally used to get all the silly questions like:
Why this console is red? clear it fast..we lost are SLA's
How is the discussion going on?

What is the impact?
How is the load today?


oh!!god ,don't tell me MAPPOINT is still irritating today ..why the hell MSN doesn't delete this property from their list..And why the hell we are taking care of this?

Is team ki tareef mein kya likhun Network or server team to kabhi dosti kar hi nhi sakte..chahe koi bhi project kyu na ho par iska matlab ye nhi tha ki yahan bhi kuch aisa hi tha..tha to par phir bhi itna visible nhi tha..
Vese is team ke saath ek game khel sakte hain pehchan kaun?
heheh sahi mein mujhe shyad abhi bhi sabke naam nhi pta hai or shyad kabhi itni kisi se baat bhi nhi hui..
ajeeb si hi team thi kuch shant bhi thi to kuch lagta tha abhi gussa hi karenge is baat par..shyad mein itna janti nhi is team ko islye shyad kuch dar sa bhi lagta tha is team se..

WO team(Group of Calm ppl) ya agar ye bolun shanti ke prateek to bhi sahi hi hoga. kisi ko kabhi pta hi nhi chalta tha ki kaun office mein hain or kaun nhi..par iska matlab ye nhi tha ki sab ek jaise hi the,kuch aise bhi the jo agar ek min ke liye bhi office mein na ho to dusari teams tak ko bhi pta chal jata tha...


ashokp,jisha(Both were my most favorite from WO team)kiran,rashmi,gak,sayad...
jo aksar chup hi rehte the..bas kuch kaam ki baat karte the or bol sakte hai unke paas kisi or baat ke liye time hi nhi tha..


lekin ravi,debashree,suman..jese kuch log bhi the jinki vajah se WO team kuch pta to chalti thi..:)

itna dimaag khaya hai hum logo ne in sabka ki bata nhi sakti..or kuch log itne acche the ki kabhi bhi kuch bhi nhi bolte the..)

Vara(Mr.Humble)..sagbab(Mr.Confident) ke saath sabse phele kaam kiya tha maine..vara jis se doubts puch puch kar pareshan kar rakha tha or sagbab jiski baat agar ek baar mein na suno to use ek min mein gussa aa jata tha..if u dont trust me then why r u asking from  me..

Garaja bhgvan kya bolun mein ..he was the Mr.QOS/Process of the MOC..agar koi bhi galti ho jaye na phir to bas..he used to explain each and everything from the begining..then his favortie line

Mr.Funtoosh(Krishna,cirugu or mallik) ko to bas bhgvan kitna leg pulling karne mein maza aata tha..mein office mein enter nhi karti thi or ye log shru ho jaate the..but 3 ke 3 bahut mast the...krishna ka agar bas chalta to vo kabhi bhi kisi ko bhi chup nhi rehne deta team mein..itni baatein karta tha..bahut zada..trust me mujh se bhi zada

is training ke baad sush mam ne ek exam bhi liya tha...wow kya exam tha..mein kya bataun uske baarein mein Rahul or sharma kabhi nhi bhool sakte vo exam....theek thaak comments mil hi gaye the sush mam se par phir bhi mein ek hi baat par thi mujhe nhi leni hi pri.. :( koi kuch bhi kar le..nhi karni to nhi karni...

hmm..bol to diya tha ki bata dungi par bata kya dungi..kash kuch mujhe bhi pta hota ki batana kya hai.. ek baar phir  heroine ban kar vapasa aa gayai thi par pta kuch nhi tha..

mom,dad ko pareshan karne ka koi benefit tha nhi..yeah sach bolun to unhe pareshan mein karna hi nhi chhahti thi isliye kuch baat ki hi nhi is topic par..bas ye baat sirf 8 logo ke beech hi huyi..jis mein se kuch ka kehna kuch tha or kuch ka kuch..or mein ek baar phir yahi soch rahi thi ki sahi kya hai or galat kya hai..

jab koi bolta ye sahi hai to mujhe lagta haan yahi sahi hai

jab koi bolta ye theek nhi hai to mujhe lagta haan ye to galat hi hai..khud bhi calculations kar rahi thi aisa nhi hai ki khud ka dimaag use hi nhi kar rahi thi..par is haan naa mein bahut confusion tha..

abhi tak kahin na kahin khud se hi sawal jawab kar rahi thi..itna kuch jaanti to thi nhi..sahi galat kuch theek se nhi pta tha tab tak..vese hamesha herione banti rehti hun ghar mein sabse badi hun na..or kehte hai jitne bhi log ghar mein bade hote hain unke pass extra dimaag hamesha hi hota hai..but mere saath to hamesha hi kuch alag hota hai to is case mein bhi ulta hi tha..
team mein logo se baat ki sabne apne apne according answer de diya tha..or mein vahin thi..meri soch vahin ruk gayi thi..
